What Size Sheets Can You Cut?

Our CNC fiber laser can handle sheets up to 60" x 120".

How Thick Can You Cut?

Our 5000W CNC fiber can cut various metals from 0.003" up to 5/8" thick. See below for details.

Stainless Steel - Up to 5/8”

Aluminum - Up to 1/2”
Brass, Bronze & Copper Alloys - Up to 1/4"

What Is Your Typical Lead Time?

Our goal is to get estimates send out within 24-48 hours, depending on project complexity. We will quote the current lead time with the estimate. This is generally 2-3 weeks, depending on the size of your job and our current work load. We offer expedite services for an additional fee.

What Finishes Do you Provide?

ADE offers a multitude of different metal finishes.

● 2B Mill Finish

● #4 Grain

● Sand/Bead Blasted

● Tumbled

● Electropolished

● Microdimpled finish

All welded stainless steel parts will be electrochemically passivated before leaving our facility to prevent corrosion, increase corrosion resistance, and to meet sanitary standards. All stainless steel parts can be passivated in their entirety upon request regardless of welding.
